The ESO is located approximately 40 miles west of downtown Chicago and performs approximately 60 services per season which runs from September to May. 2025-26 season section scale is $162.07 per service (Principal scale $210.69, Assistant Principal $186.38). All positions receive mileage and 13.189% AFM/EPF pension.
