Employment will begin as early as September 2025. For the 2025-26 season, Assistant Principal salary is approximately $88,740 plus benefits, and tutti salary is approximately $80,670 plus benefits. Current CBA agreements run through the 26-27 season.
Musicians are guaranteed 342 hours of work under the WNO contract (4-6 mainstage operas a season) and 234.5 hours of work under the KCOHO contract (roughly 7 weeks of Ballet.) There is also potential for extra work.
